I am so grateful to have found Dr. Rezk here!…read more After multiple attempts to find a PCP through Jefferson that was sensitive to and knowledgeable about eating disorders, I had nearly given up. Every doctor seemed to disregard my experience because I didn't "look" like I was struggling with my intake, and waved off any symptoms as "just anxiety." The treatment program I discharged from suggested Penn Med (particularly this practice) for an informed provider, and I am so glad I called and waited for an opening. Not only has Dr. Rezk been the first doctor to monitor me appropriately and (kindly) challenge my eating disorder, but she has compassionately listened to my concerns and facilitated a safe environment for me. She answers questions and patiently explains procedures/results. I'm 25 and already devastated that I'll age out of her care in a few years!! All of the staff I've spoken to has been friendly and helpful. I can always find an open appointment time, even the night before! I hear positive reviews from friends who see other doctors here, as well. I recommend Radnor's Penn Adolescent and YA Medicine to anyone I can -- especially to young people with mental health concerns!!

I called the penn medicine main number and my primary care practitioner, Alicia was contacted. She saw me at 8pm and looked at my injury. So friendly, upbeat, and thorough as usual. I'm sooo happy I switched. Alicia and the rest of the staff at the office are awesome!!

This place is amazing. I've had two appointments at this location, Dr. was super nice and…read morethorough. the office is very clean! when you walk in they check you in and offer you a beverage, you sit in a nice clean waiting room with white walls and free Chapstick... I've never been to such a swanky doctors office before but still also felt so welcome! There was zero waiting time for my appointment even for my first visit I thought there be forms to fill out on top of what I did online and as a new patient in most offices you're supposed arrive 15 to 20 minutes early for them to get you into the system but there was nothing that I needed to do I sat right down and then I was called immediately and even for my second appointment I sat down and was taken immediately! As per medical advice and receiving medications, one issue cleared immediately! They also make their own medications right there in House that are not covered by insurance, which I did purchase so to be continued for the prescriptions if those work! Only thing awkward is the directions/location however they do explain to you to use the address of the Wawa in your GPS!!

I can't for the life of me figure out why this office accepts pediatric patients. I will never…read morebring my child back here. They have no beside manner with children. My 5 year old was being seen for a rash on the face. He complained about a splinter in the finger. Instead of focusing on the rash they prick him with a needle which causes him to go ballistic because HELLO IT HURTS!?!? He starts to yell, rightfully so, because most 5 year olds are afraid of needles. And after causing him to lose it they leave the room because they can't handle the yelling? WHAT DID YOU THINK WAS GOING TO HAPPEN. Do yourselves a favor save the time and energy and go to a specialized pediatric dermatologist.
