She is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and gave us a fair assessment of the apartment. Lily and her team was hands on with helping us get our place staged for photos so the online listing would draw some interest. We didn't expect much but we were blown away with the photos and the ultimate listing (including the description). Though it took several weeks of open houses and showing, the end result was Lily was able to sell our co-op (it happened to be a time where the real estate market was on the downturn due to rising interest rates). We were kept up to speed every step of the way, Lily was in constant communication with us at every step and made us feel at ease. It became extremely evident that the minute we changed to a different realtor we were able to sell the property within one month and for the price we wanted. We had a much better personal, to the point, one on one communication without the nonsense redundant spam emails and had no issue with open houses. Its all smoke and mirrors. You are lucky that your careless realtor did not break the 2k AC unit. It's never wise to push any electronics to the limit. You are responsible if you break it. Just a friendly reminder. A good salesperson would never say the things she did. It's always better to accept your mistakes and see if you can do better in the future. This way, at least I could recommend you to others but I cannot due to your lack of effort and acknowledgement. Having too much pride is not the best way to improve business. Third, if you don't want the business then don't bother responding. I 101% regret that I wasted my time reaching out only to be treated like I was some scammer pretending to have worked with her. For what? Why in the world will a person reach out to her under false pretenses of having worked with her before?
