After they let my…read morepermit expire and I had these notices taped to my garage door I contacted them and they didn't seem to care. They did have the permit extended for another year (this was over a month ago, April 6th 2026). They came out and took pictures on April 9th. I figured after more than a month they would have Finally completed my installation (not complete until the paperwork is done). I have emailed and called but no one answers. If you use this company (I do not suggest you do), but if you do hold the last payment until they complete all the work & paperwork. Horrible customer service!
