The owner austin cut my hair. Dude messed my head up!!! Within the first few seconds of talking with him I had a feeling I was in trouble, defi etly suffering from the effects of heavy drug use or ex-drug use. Figured id try it out. Huge mistake! Had to go to another barber and the only way to save it was to just buzz it off. I dont mind growing it out again, its just hair. But the whole time the guy was hyping himself up and wouldnt admit he did such a bad job. The other barber laughed when he looked at the cut. Lol stay far away from this place. read more

First cut was great (review below). Second... not so rad. Don't write them off because I have had a great experience, but consider learning from my most recent. Definitely skilled at what they do. I won't dispute that. However, seemed like he was in a hurry, although there was no one else waiting or leaving as I arrived. Asked what I wanted and got to work. The lack of mirrors near the chairs (you face away from them) don't allow for much interaction or to chime in. There was no communication during the cut about what I was looking for minus a 15 second exchange when I walked in. Didn't realize at the end I was getting hairspray applied. Definitely did not want that. I walked in with freshly washed hair and most barbers I've had in the last 15 years have asked "do you want product...." after my cut. Chatted with someone on the phone as he was finishing me up. The previous time he was looking at Youtube videos with another barber as he dialed me in. My first cut in March was 5 stars, today was a lot less, but I'll give four because I could have been more vocal at the start. That said, communication goes both ways. 3/15/2023 1 check-in Easy peasy. Booked an online appointment with Austin and rolled right in. These guys know their stuff, are unpretentious, and seem like solid humans. The spot is clean and modern. They do take walk-ins I believe, but you may be better off booking online to be safe. Or calling ahead. Think old-school barbershop style, updated with a modern aesthetic. The scissors come out, these aren't just guys that buzzcut you and call it a day. There's absolutely no way to make sense of a $45 haircut! I called about getting a buzz cut which would probably take less than five minutes maybe 10 minutes at the max and they charge $45 lmfao At some point you have to be logical for what you're charging for! read more

Austin was amazing. Super professional, pays attention to detail, and even stayed a little later then his normal closing time of 7PM. The amount of attention to little details like simply making sure to shave in multiple directions to ensure a close cut was incredible. The prices are a little higher than most in the area, but honestly, it was worth every penny including his 25% tip. I would highly recommend Always Fresh and although the booking for an appointment was a little weird at first, once you get used to it, it is 20 times easier then most. My oldest son got what he says is his best hair cut ever and my little one's turned out great too. It was about double what I normally pay for my kids cuts but I was very thankful for the hospitality, the service and to have their hair cut for the first time in months due to quarantine. Visiting from California and was in a serious need of a haircut. Austin did not disappoint. I'm always nervous when getting cut by a new barber, but the wall of trophy's made me feel like I was in good hands and I was. This is by far the cleanest fade I've ever had. If this shop was back home I'd be a regular. I see a lot of reviews say the price is high but it's not. $30 is pretty standard for a great haircut. I'd go as far to say $30 is a discount for the quality of a cut you receive. Glad I found a place I can come to on my next visit. Great customer service, great price, and fresh cut. These guys are great! A little pricey for the area... but they do a flawless job! They are fun and easy to get along with! They truly take pride in their work! I highly recommend giving them a try! You get what you pay for! If you want a great cut go to always fresh! If you wanna go cheap... go elsewhere in the area and let them f@&k your head up. read more

If you want top notch service, detailed perfection and the presidential treatment then this is the place. I heard of Always Fresh through a friend so I just dropped in to check it out. The shop was super clean, very neat and it smelled good, "fresh" even. There was good music playing and a great feel that just drew me in. Austin was very professional and greeted me right in the door. He explained he had an appointment coming soon and that he wouldn't have time to finish my cut before then and would I mind coming back in about 45 minutes. Being a walk in I was happy to come back. When I came back the chair was ready and he was waiting for me. I sat right down. He asked me what I wanted. This always gets me because I don't know a lot of hair terms and usually just end up using hand motions and words that might mean different things in "barber speak". So I explained that I wanted to grow it out eventually but not look shaggy along the way. "Just make it look good." With a nod he said "ok" and went to work. He works fast too. Like a surgeon. He cut, clipped, shampooed & conditioned my hair then put a hot towel on my head and broke out a hand massager and massaged my head, neck and shoulders. Then blow dried and styled my hair. LIKE A BOSS! His treatment was so thorough, and unexpected and professional that I know I will not even bother trying another place for cuts from now on. You can tell he puts his heart and soul Into his work from every detail in the shop to the full service treatment he gives a customer, his ultimate goal is the customer experience. Yes it was a little more expensive that the average corporate place but as everyone else's reviews say "it was worth every penny." The man cuts Damn good hair. I live in Las Vegas but I'm in town often for my son. I usually get him haircuts back home but I thought I'd give this place a try. We walked in and asked for a cut for my son. 5:15 pm and we were told he had no time to give my son a haircut. I thought he was joking. Nope. The place closes at 7. No one was here for a cut. My husband is so excited to have found this place! It's clean, modern, and the barber, Austin, is always professional. He goes above and beyond to take care of you and make you comfortable during your service. He prefers to take appointments but will accommodate walk-ins as well. His prices are higher than your average barber shop in the area, but trust me when I say it's worth it. He does a great job and you're not sitting there getting your hair cut by a barber with a cigarette hanging out if his mouth (I kid you not, that actually happened).
