Apparently a new female barber is there and doesn't quite know how to use the shaver on the neck. She blamed it on hair numbs but never ever has he come home bleeding and scrapes on his neck from the blade. I'm not exaggerating it was really really bad! I would show pictures but he was upset about it. She did a nice cut but to send your customer home with blood draining all over is not good. Owner is a great guy and usually does his hair.
