The first time the card was misplaced and we had no idea who sent it, when we tried to reach both locations there was never an actual person to answer the phones. When we saw the person that sent it and thanked them for the flowers they were upset that it was supposed to be relived 3 days before. (Flowers are not cheap, if they are paid to be delivered that day, then that is what should happen. After a few hours the flowers look tired and some nearly ready to be tossed. Belli Fiori was recommended by my wedding venue. I originally had looked at a big box store because…read moreI heard their prices were good, and they were. But when I went to Belli Fiori, I found great prices (better than the big box stores) and awesome service. I had two meetings with Lisa prior to my wedding, and I loved her ideas. She is young and has modern ideas about floral arranging, and even though I didn't have a number to give her for my budget, she worked with me and I was really pleased with the number that the flowers ended up being. The flowers ended up being gorgeous and exactly what I wanted! They kept really well and I loved the touches that Lisa added to them - ivory ribbon and sparkly buttons on mine and brown and gold ribbon on my bridesmaids. The centerpieces also were nice - wreaths that she added some flowers to make it have some color but it wasn't expensive. She has an archway for rental, which was only $50 to rent (way less than the other ones I'd looked at). She decorated it with some willow branches and it was a very nice effect! Communication and reminders were great. I didn't have to worry about anything with her involved. She delivered everything to my venue, which is an hour and a half away from her shop, brought each group of people their flowers, gave us instructions, and set up the archway plus the centerpieces. It was so nice to not have to worry about it! I'd highly recommend this shop to any bride!

The male gave another cuatomer her food and refused to fry any more fish because he had to catch his bus to Cahokia. Another customer spoke up for me because it wasnt 5pm. The male employee get smart by the mouth, attitude just nasty as he said in a sing song voice that I can come back at 10am the next day. We complained to Ms. Mary, who was the manager on duty and very nice. Fast forward to today. Its 10:01 and these same 2 clowns are at it again. I walk.to the counter and ask are they frying fish and she says I came after 5pm. No maam I didnt but she couldnt be professional either and tried to yell and overtalk me. I took the high road and walked away. Went back to customer service and spoke with Ashley and Jim to again complain. It makes no sense to.experience the same nasty attitudes and rude behaviors from people who atr paid to service the public. The male still had on a dew rag and cold weather gear thqt he wore in from outside and trying to service people, hadnt even washed his hands. As nasty as they both were, there was NO WAY they could take anything to the back and cook it for me. My family has been shopping here 14 years and NEVER has there been a more unprofessional pair of employeee working as these two clowns. Im DONE with this location. I asked for a large round bouquet, of which I showed her many pictures of examples, and my bouquet turned out to be the same size as my bridesmaid's...small. I don't know if she couldn't read her own handwritting or what because she uses a paper form to write down what is needed, and after a few changes it got incredibly hard to read, but I had the wrong flowers in my bouquet. I felt very frustrated and hopeless after meeting with her and discussing how flowers that I previously thought I'd be able to get in Sept. weren't going to be available afterall and had to choose a whole new bouquet. Not only was my bouquet very small and the wrong white flowers, the pink garden roses of which I paid so much for were browning when I got them. The arrangement itself looked thrown together with the colors not evenly blended throughout...a chunk of this kind of flower here, chunk of this kind of flower there. She sent an apology bouquet to my house after my mother-in-law told her how terrible the flowers were and the arrangement sent to my house were also browning and wilting, not quite as bad as my wedding bouquet though.
