I'm so proud to say that one of our clients resides here. From Fair Haven's A+ staff to their beautiful renovations, if you choose to place a loved one in this community, you cannot go wrong. Prices vary, but Assisted Living costs around $4,500/month. With this you get a decently sized kitchen and living area along with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. It also has a huge walk in closet. All appliances and fixtures are new and the entire building smells fresh. Working with elderly individuals, you learn to appreciate the odor-free facilities. All of Fair Haven's staff are super helpful in the development of each of their residents's. They ensure that each patient receives the care and treatment they deserve. They have an open kitchen concept to where the residents don't feel constricted to designated meal times. If they want lunch at 1:00 PM, they can ask a staff member to make them something on the spot. The staff also always has goodies readily available for grabs (muffins, cookies, fruit) in case a resident wants a snack. Fair Haven is lovely and I highly recommend it be an option for you and/or your loved one!

There are probably less than 20 residents at max capacity, and the entire area is open so the staff can see all the residents all the time, unless they are in thier apartments. Our dad has advanced dementia and can be difficult. The other facilities where he lived could not (or would not) redirect him when he became agitated. The staff at Regency, from the ED to the floor staff are kind and compassionate and PATIENT. During the Coronavirus lockdown, they have been in frequent contact with us to update us on Dad's condition and demeanor. He is happier and calmer than he has ever been.

The directors--last name's Rochelle and Chapman are incompetent shiests. Please reconsider your options, this place is about one thing: making money. Sadly, it seems most of these facilities aren't run by truly caring, altruistic people. Think twice about this place, your loved one would not thrive. None of this is to mention the COVID-19 cases here which they don't like to talk about. I reiterate, reconsider your options. There are facilities south of town that are much better; Glenwood for example, as well as many in Chelsea with great reviews. Good luck.

The building director is not a trained social worker or case manager. She makes threats that are illegal. She doesnt know landlord tenant tenant law. A lot of staff turnover. The hot water took an incredible amount of time to get to my room and sometimes not at all. I didnt always do my part I am disabled with a spinal cord injury. In all, Skyline Village is a fun place to live!
