I have popped in and out of Ron Jon's many times over the years and walked out with solid apparel on numerous occasions. The store is fairly large, well kept, organized, clean and easy to navigate with sections clearly defined. In addition to a wide variety of apparel consisting of all the well known beach/outdoor brands, they have a plethora of Ron Jon specific items from shorts, shirts, hats and more. Additionally, as expected, they have a corner of the store dedicated to all things surfing and skateboarding. This area offers a solid selection of pre-fab boards along with skim boards and boogie boards. And of course all the accessories that go along with it. Prices are fair and surprisingly so given the name brand and location in Pier Park. The store offers a great photo op with surfboards at their front entrance, but if you are already in Pier Park, you can access the store via a back entrance as well. Staff are always plentiful, helpful and friendly. Overall, Ron Jon is a solid spot and always a cool place to wander through when roaming around Pier Park.

Shirts aren't that expensive, unless you buy a tie dye one, they cost a little bit more.. Store was clean, and well organized. Just a lot of shirts to look at! You could spend awhile in here. Staff was mediocre on friendliness. They're probably just annoyed by the tourists. Lol. I will return next time I am in Panama city Beach if I need any small things or a few souvenirs here and there. The have a BBB rating of F!…read more Buyer beware. I used to like this store and every time I visit Florida would shop there. That will no longer be the case. Last weekend while visiting the store, a stand placed in the store that had a sharp object popping out ripped my $130 linen pants. The store manager advised to fill out an incident report to get reimbursed and contact customer service. Following multiple tedious attempts to even get anyone in customer service to answer, I was told to email them. I emailed asking for reimbursement and send pictures and receipts. A response from the store simply said " unfortunately we cannot reimburse you." No explanation, nothing. So now I'm making it my mission to let other shoppers know why they have an F rating with the better business bureau-because they're a bunch of crooks who don't care about customers. They have lost a customer.
