Rudy sold his services as a General Contractor but didn't do anything to actually manage the project other than organize some subcontractors. I had to PM most of it myself. He passed on his subcontractors' pricing without ever questioning it. He brought down his quotes several thousand dollars after I called different things into question. He did nothing to educate me on things that needed to be done such as sealing the marble tiles on the shower floor. I spent $25k on a bathroom renovation and the shower floor looks like crap after just a few weeks. Spare yourself and hire a different contractor! Who knows what it'll cost me now to fix it, but it won't be with Rudy.

The other store had a hidden price that makes the carpet price way higher than you would expect. The representative I dealt with from Flagship Floors was Ms. Rina. She was very polite and helpful. She tried her best to make us happy, from the price perspective all the way to scheduling the carpet installment in our house. Everything went smoothly. The guys who did the carpet were great as well and they were very thorough in working every detail. After they were done installing our carpet, Ms. Rina followed up with us to make sure that we were satisfied with their performance. To date, I have had so many compliments about our carpet, from our family and friends who have come to visit us. The carpet is so nice and it was a good price and great quality.

We got our kitchen granite through DE, so when we were in there, we talked to Sam, then Abdul. Both said they could help us. Sam went on vacation a short time later, and we dealt with Abdul the rest of the time. Abdul walked us through the whole re-do. They did it in an amazing timeframe. I really like that fact that they have sub-contractors that they can call and have them at my house in less than 2 hours - usually within 1/2 hour - 45 minutes. The results are magnificent! Abdul showed up virtually every day to check on the project and make sure we were happy. I will always call Abdul first when I need work done!!

From the beginning Matthew and the whole DE flooring staff were friendly and helpful, with lots of recommendations. They sent me a handful of slab yard recommendations and it took us going to three to find exactly what we were looking for. They worked with us on pricing, edging for the stone, recommendations for sinks (which we bought online), and were flexible on timing. They also organized getting the plumber to install the new sinks, and have subcontractors for anything you'd possibly need for a renovation. I would use DE flooring again on future jobs, and we've been really pleased with the quality of their work.

The LVP we placed throughout the home has already begun peeling and warping despite caring for the floor as instructed. We went with this company for the 'lifetime warranty' on the products and installation and they are now not honoring the warranty. We've been given the run around for almost a year now and had multiple inspectors from the flooring manufacturer (Mannington) out to our home, only for them to lie and say the flooring experienced excessive moisture for prolonged periods and that is why it failed. That is absolutely not true and was their cop out to not stand behind their products. Run away from this place!

Great Work that Really Had Me FLOORed!…read more A renter recently left and as part of their agreement took care of restoring the floor of the leased industrial/commercial space where I work back to it's original state (painted). They contracted with Betnun's and arranged all of the details (so I can't speak to their pricing). The painters came and prepped the 3000 square foot floor (that's pretty big) including trim work next to the floor and painting electrical conduit. They did an excellent job of keeping their work area tidy, kept us well informed of their progress and state of the floor, and went out of their way to make sure that paint color matched. Consistent, smooth painting with precision trim work! A perfect example of leaving things better than when they arrived. Great job, Betnun's!
