He had an additional order to go, left, came back in and stated his order wasn't right! Should have been a clue as to our order. As I plated our meals, the order wasn't even warm, cheese wasn't even melted. NO green chili was included!! The cheese enchiladas WEREN'T even cooked, slipped on some red sauce, didn't even warm the sauce either!! I called to the restaurant, "Judy" stated that I could come back to get the green chilli, AND I COULD BRING BACK THE CHEESE ENCHILADAS, THEY COULD REDO THEM!!! I don't live in town, she didn't even care that they totally messed this order completely! I said I wanted to speak with management, "you'll have to tell corporate", I asked for the phone number and her name, which wasn't Judy, she gave me some bogus number that no one answers!! When I stated that I wouldn't be coming back she stated " okay" VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL AS FOOD PREP!! CORPORATE REALLY NEEDS TO CHECK THIS FLAGSHIP FLYER OUT AND SHUT THEM DOWN!

This place is very impressive when you first walk in! Beautifully decorated and furnished with…read morelarge, green curved booths. It was a very pleasant surprise. The server was friendly and attentive. It took us a few minutes to decide what we wanted because the menu is extensive. I only took one pic because of glare, but it has an array of Mexican and American dishes, including breakfast all day and many seafood options. Bookguy selected a French dip sandwich on focaccia bread. It came with the typical au jus and not so typical garlic-oregano fries. The fries were excellent, but the sandwich did not have as much flavor as he expected. I ordered a breakfast burrito that was stuffed with hash browns, sausage, and eggs. It was covered with melted cheese and salsa. It was so huge I made three meals out of it. I thought it was tasty. The chances of us coming here again are pretty small since it's in Fort Morgan, Colorado, but I recommend stopping in if you're ever passing through.

The breakfast burritos from Mimi's are loaded with more meat & potatoes and aren't so runny from them having more chili in them than substance like Santiago's are. I absolutely love them. Thursday is chorizo day and that is my favorite. I have not tried any of their other menu items but an looking forward to here in the near future.

We sat outside with a ton of flies all over us and our food. Over priced hamburger and the New York strip was full of silver skin, which makes me believe it was a chuck steak! The waitress didn't know the menu at all! I had to move our plates to another table after not really eating this gross food, so the flies would leave our area! Of course the dirty flies were still around all the tables!! MAYBE THEY SHOULD CLEAN IT BETTER OUTSIDE AND MAKE A NICER PLACE TO SIT!! I WONT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYONE! Service was good and that's about it…read more The restaurant is old and it looked and felt that way. Our diningroom had a TV with soccer/ football broadcast playing. My wife ordered the senior taco and enchilada plate (cheese enchilada) which came with chips and salsa. I ordered the chef salad, paying the extra for a crispy chicken breast addition. The chips were stale. The salsa ok if very mild. She said her taco meat reminded her of Taco Bell, but not as good. The enchilada was basically tasteless. She does not recommend that meal. The chef salad was large but was iceberg lettuce. The toppings were fairly generous, but the tomatoes weren't fully ripe and the crispy chicken addition was seriously overcooked. So dry I couldn't tell by sight if the bits were chicken or croutons. The restaurant was very busy so our meals may have been anomalies. Based on what we had, I wouldn't voluntarily dine here again.
