Here's an example how he's good and thinks out of the box. I bought the suggested Sonos sound bar mount but he suggested using his since the sound bar can move with the TV once we swivel it. If he used the Sonos mount, it was stay on the wall. He also suggested using the supplied HDMI cord Sonos supplied versus the 3rd party I got from Amazon. They were very responsive to my calls and texts, were able to accommodate a same-day appointment, and arrived exactly at the time they offered. They were professional, respectful, and tidy throughout the process. As it would turn out, the wall behind both of the desired wall-mounting locations was drywall over concrete block which made the installation more complex than expected. They clearly explained the situation, proposed reasonable solutions, and even went out of their way to obtain the appropriate hardware and parts to still complete both installations the way I had envisioned. After all was said and done, I was pleased to find that the final pricing was as quoted and very fair. Based on our amazing experience with them, I would not hesitate to refer my friends, family, and anybody in the Tampa Bay area to the Super TV Bros for any of their television mounting needs!
