I recently moved to the area, hoping to find a good dentist and maintain a good relationship. No dice. My previous dentist is in Woodbridge. Billed for "15 min dental hygiene consult". Wtf?? When I was at the desk they called it a "deductible". Insurance company confirmed this was the actual charge. Reception Ashley/Kim refused to admit wrongdoing and place the onus on the insurance company. I was given the "too bad, so sad" response. My insurance covers 100% so I knew these people were pulling charges from nowhere. In a nutshell, they lied to me and took no accountability for their actions. PS they take your picture if you're a new patient... I found that to be creepy. Don't go here!!!!
