When I was at the desk they called it a "deductible". Insurance company confirmed this was the actual charge. Reception Ashley/Kim refused to admit wrongdoing and place the onus on the insurance company. I was given the "too bad, so sad" response. My insurance covers 100% so I knew these people were pulling charges from nowhere. In a nutshell, they lied to me and took no accountability for their actions. PS they take your picture if you're a new patient... I found that to be creepy. Don't go here!!!!

Trees and lit up skies!!! I was greeted instantly and started with my paperwork. The entire staff was friendly and professional. The hygienist was very kind and gentle while she cleaned my teeth. And at the end I got my free bag of goodies :) who doesn't love free stuff ???
