A simple No would of been informative but nothing or any concern about the pain I described, so I called the next day. The very first question was how was I going to pay or which Insurance I will be using. I replied ODSP which covers what I needed done but she said "they don't accept that at this time" and then gave me a number to a horribly reviewed dental office far away that has many complaints. I guess the disabled don't deserve the same good dental care like you privileged people do huh? Find another place where you will be treated fairly with compassion and empathy because you won't here. Disgraceful business practice.

I had a fantastic and very thorough hour long consultation which included images taken of my teeth and an exam with the very nice D John Bozek himself. I was advised of all the different options open to me, and what to expect along the way (timeline of the braces and cost of the various treatment options) It was a great visit, and the consultation was completely free. I chose to go ahead with Invisalign and within 3 weeks I was back at the office to have the braces fitted, that went great. Ann who fitted them that day and has looked after me at all of my subsequent visits so far, is simply fabulous, I really look forward to my visits back to see her, she is professional, informative and caring and takes great time to explain everything and answer any questions. I am 4 months into my Invisalign journey now and I am so happy that I did it, I am starting to notice the changes in my teeth already, I find living with the braces straightforward and very manageable and I like the freedom that they afford. I love everything about my experience with Bozek Orthodontics, and I am glad I chose them, I will be choosing them again to provide my children braces. The staff are all lovely, the clinic itself is great, really comfortable and has a nice atmosphere. I look forward to my visits here and I highly recommend Bozek Orthodontics to anyone.
