Even though the tank didn't belong to Crystal Flash, the rep was able to tell me who it likely belonged to based on the color. She even offered to send someone out to help identify it if I wasn't able to find the company that owned it. This is above and beyond customer service from a company I wasn't even a customer of. The company she thought it was turned out to be correct and this saved me time from calling up more random companies. I greatly appreciate this level of care from any business. If you're looking for a new propane supplier, I would recommend them.

It was stifling hot in the room. I told him this is our canfield central AC. We went to the kitchen and he said this is the way it should work in the bedroom. I have had them back twice to fix it and it still isn't working. We have a window unit in our bedroom just so we can sleep. My friend said that Greg Canfield would never have allowed that kind of work to be done. He said get them back out here and have them make it right. Unfortunately Greg Canfield is no longer the owner. Buyer beware, find a company who will fix their work until it is right. I would take any help or advice.

As a result of the clog, our driveway was flooded and it came close to flooding our garage floors, Advantage sent to service guys the day after I called, and a separate truck with a huge pump and power spraying capability. They used the up to 8000psi pump to shot a powerful stream of water into both ends of the drain tile. It took about 45 minutes to unclog and clean the tile. They used all of their 400 gallon water tank and did a great job! About $600.
