Even though the tank didn't belong to Crystal Flash, the rep was able to tell me who it likely belonged to based on the color. She even offered to send someone out to help identify it if I wasn't able to find the company that owned it. This is above and beyond customer service from a company I wasn't even a customer of. The company she thought it was turned out to be correct and this saved me time from calling up more random companies. I greatly appreciate this level of care from any business. If you're looking for a new propane supplier, I would recommend them.

It was stifling hot in the room. I told him this is our canfield central AC. We went to the kitchen and he said this is the way it should work in the bedroom. I have had them back twice to fix it and it still isn't working. We have a window unit in our bedroom just so we can sleep. My friend said that Greg Canfield would never have allowed that kind of work to be done. He said get them back out here and have them make it right.
