This company sold me some really awful policies that cover nothing. When I called them for help, I…read morewas told to call the insurance company myself and figure it out. The reason I went with a local agent was so if I had questions or needed assistance, they would be there. They were not. I was facing serious issues and had to go through many levels of insurance chaos to get it resolved, when my agent could have easily done it for me. I did find a much better agency in Post Falls who does help their clients & fights for them, so shop around. I have since found Pacific Crest goes with the companies that give them the biggest padded pockets per policy sold, so when they say will help you get the best deal, ask them how much kick back they get from that company because I found out I could have gotten much better coverage for $3 a month more, HOWEVER that company doesn't give as big of a percentage to the agent. Meanwhile, I'm out thousands of dollars I did not have because this agency did not care for my best interest or assist me in my time of need.
