All of a sudden, I started receiving emails from Innovative. At first I thought it was spam. Soon enough, I realized that they had taken over our loan process. They flubbed it up big time too. We were forced to go to yet another business who underwrote the loan (again with no introduction) and had to drive to that location, at a moment's notice, TWICE because they made a mistake and we had to sign all of the final papers again.
