When I started the home buying process, I contacted three different lenders: a large national…read morecompany, the biggest local lender in my city, and Troy Evans of Cinch Home Loans. From the very beginning, Troy distinguished himself from the other two companies with his incredible responsiveness, wealth of information, and professionalism. Being a very detail oriented attorney by trade, I had numerous questions for which Troy always had reasoned answered for. I was constantly either calling or emailing him and invariably received a response within minutes. When Troy slept or was away from his phone and/or computer, I know not. It did not matter that Troy was one time zone over, Troy truly made me feel like I was his number 1 customer. Even though my loan was a modest conventional home loan in the mid-200's, Troy made me feel he was just as invested in the loan as I was. He worked extremely hard to get us through underwriting with no issues and dealt with all the little details of the transaction quickly and efficiently - no lost paperwork, no having to repeat information or send in multiple copies, etc. Troy got me an excellent rate (about half a percent lower than the big national company), advised me properly when to lock my loan (rates went up over a quarter percentage point from the lock date to closing!), and all along has been my patient, understanding counselor through what was a very stressful process. For this particular transaction, my purchase was from a FSBO and I did not use a realtor. Without Troy's guidance, advice, and abilities, I do not think this sale would have gone through. I cannot recommend Troy Evans of Cinch Home Loans highly enough and thank him for going above and beyond to make sure I was extremely satisfied with his service.
