I loved that they have open hours Mon-Sun for those busier schedules. We were seen by a young man Justin. He was very informative, detailed and patient with my Leary husband. After being seen by him, we were introduced to Natalie who was also very helpful, & sweet. My husband and I left there feeling pretty positive of the experience and are hopeful this is a start to a better quality life for him. The office has plenty parking, available in scheduling, kind employees, clean location and appears to have updated equipment and lots of it to help.

The staff is always friendly, the space is clean, and they accept insurance, which makes everything super affordable. Even when it's busy, they have another site available for additional therapy services, which is really convenient. The only recent change is that therapy services now have an additional cost, but they do offer memberships that make it much more affordable. If you're new, it won't feel like a change, but for long-time patients, it's just something to note. They also offer acupuncture and massages, and if your insurance covers it, those services can often be billed through insurance as well, which is awesome. Overall, five stars. Highly recommend!

My primary concern was dismissed by the doctor in the first 5 min. He asked to see my skin and told me he has the same type of moles on his skin, his moles were bigger, and that they aren't connected to anything hormonal, which was my concern. This is when I should have left, since he either didn't take me seriously or didn't know how to help me with that and just couldn't admit it. Then he took my pulse and literally accused me of trying to slow down my pulse. "It was normal but then you tried to slow it down." Uhh.. what??? It made me feel belittled, again. I ended up paying for the consult and tests, went home and realized I was pretty unhappy and this wasn't going to work out. I called the next day asking for a refund and to discontinue my journey with the doctor. Came into the office, was processed the refund for the tests only. Receptionist then hands me a letter from the doctor. It was like a bad break-up letter, lol. He states that he gives the same level of care to all other patients. If that's really so, then take your money elsewhere, where you won't be dismissed for something seemingly benign. He is happy to take a pretty hefty fee of $320 and not want to make it right if you're dissatisfied. Everyone has a right to post reviews. His tried to make his letter to me intimidating, so I perhaps wouldn't be honest about my experience on the internet. Well, people have a right to know. On a happier note, the receptionist was nice and prompt. Save yourself some time and choose any other doctor he listed on his letter. Dr. Dzvonick has a HUGE ego.

They weren't prepared for the amount of people scheduled to be in the room. They were short one chair for my husband. My hubby and I waited patiently outside the room for them to bring him a chair while everyone else went in. By the time they set up his chair, everyone was already lying down in their chairs with their blankets and eyes closed. My husband's chair was placed in the back of the room right under the fountain light. Before I had a chance to say something, they announced, we will be closing the door and shutting off the lights. Therefore, I didn't say anything, assuming this would include the fountain light my hubby was under. It wasn't. His light remained on. He tried his best to use the blanket he grabbed to cover his eyes from the brightness. I couldn't enjoy my own experience knowing he was placed in such an awkward position in the room. Once the session was over, I kindly asked the staff member to stay back so I can show her that his chair was placed right under the light in an awkward corner of the room. She immediately said, well you could have moved the chair around. We actually couldn't have based on the size of the room and them bringing us in at a later time, when everyone was already laying down in their chairs with their blankets. Overall, I tried to voice our disappointment with the experience in a respectful and discreet way. The employee became defensive instead of listening to our concerns. She chose to argue back. The employee finally said sorry once we were at the check out counter in-front of everyone, making it more awkward for me & my husband. We paid everything in advance, and when we were trying to leave, she stopped us and said she needed to check we were good to go. Making us stay there longer, just waiting.
