All of the juices are set up & ready to screw into a mod & try. We talked with the 2 guys behind the counter & they were knowledgeable and patient with us. We are pretty new to the whole vaping scene. What was disappointing however, was as we started tasting all the ejuice flavors, they quickly began all tasting the same. We tried drinking water to see if that would help. Every 5th or 6th juice would taste right. We mentioned to the now 1 guy in the store , that everything was tasting burnt. He said yeah the liquid sits on the coils & alot of these have been in there for a while. I said yeah but they taste burnt. He then said Oh yeah the coils probably need to be changed. Ooooook....so change the coils! How can u expect to sell what appear to be quality juices, if no one can taste them? They have an excellent setup for tasting but they need to do some quality control. At the time, we weren't vaping yet & didn't look at any of those products. The tall guy was clearly stoned out his mind, and showed us several items. We purchased 2 & left. This last time we went, the same people were sitting at the vape counter that were there a month before. We are now vaping and asked to taste a certain flavor. There were 2 young girls behind the counter. She was blowing off the coils and put the juice on the (old) cotton. Well it tasted horrible. I told her the coils must be burnt & I'd like new cotton. She tasted it herself like she didn't believe me. So this girl starts telling the other "go tell so & so to fix some more mods because these are burnt" Clearly they aren't prepared for multiple customers and ready with fresh coils & cotton for optimal flavor tasting. The counter where you can try the e-liquids is small. Or maybe it's because both times we went, the same people were chilling there, visiting, taking up space. She didn't apologize for not being prepared. She just kept blowing on the burnt coils, complaining & making the room completely full of vapor. We walked out. Unprepared & unprofessional.
