They also had a couple desk chairs that were reasonably priced and several desk chairs that were extremely overpriced. The customer service was OK and I can see myself returning the next time I need to purchase or replace a home office item.

I understand there's work to be done in the printing department but you can't ignore the customers who are physically in the store just because you have orders you need to work on.

It will cost approximately $200 to send it back. So basically you have to pay $200 or more depending on where you ship from to see if this chair works for you!
