They also had a couple desk chairs that were reasonably priced and several desk chairs that were extremely overpriced. The customer service was OK and I can see myself returning the next time I need to purchase or replace a home office item.

It will cost approximately $200 to send it back. So basically you have to pay $200 or more depending on where you ship from to see if this chair works for you!
