I purchased a groupon for laser removal on my chin. The girl was nice but told me I needed to shave between sessions which I did but the hair was coming in worse rather than better. But that's not even the thing I'm most disappointed about. I still had a few sessions left but I got pregnant and had to pause sessions. I breastfed for 1 year after the baby and when I called to make an appointment to start treatments back up they told me my sessions had been forfeited because they will only hold them for 6 months of nursing. I'm not sure how holding my sessions was going to hurt them as I actually planned on doing additional treatments and different body parts but apparently it was a big deal to let me finish my package. Not to mention the front staff was horribly rude every time I was there. I have since gone to a different facility and have gotten my upper lip, armpits and bikini line done. I will be doing my arms next. Don't waste your time or money with them. And looking at the other reviews it seems that I'm not the only one who has had a bad experience. Updated to include screen shots of the emails. I went into the office to have my session done and they asked if I was pregnant, I said it was possible but I wasn't sure. They rudely told me I should go take a test and they couldn't perform my treatment. Ok. So I actually went and took a test that day. It said yes. I was 3 weeks at that moment. I started coming here for laser treatment for my bikini area off of a Groupon to try out (6) laser services for the first time ever. I was incredibly nervous about the pain and the overall results after laser and how it all works. Purchased a groupon here, there laser is NOT the best. Had six sessions and some extra just to maintain previous laser, so this wasn't my first rodeo, but this laser seemed old school. DO NOT BOOK HERE. I purchased a laser hair removal service with this business off of Groupon (first mistake). I admit I should have read more reviews in depth as a lot of them are negative. The service included 6 sessions with Christina. This place is two hours away for me, which isn't a big deal, but on the day of each of these sessions (I had two), I had been called to rescheduled for a different timeframe within hours of both appointments. I'm a working professional that has an insanely busy schedule. I gave her the benefit of the doubt for being sick or having covid, but the third appointment I showed up to the office and the doors were locked when it came to my appointment time with no confirmation or phone call earlier in the day of the appointment. I drove 2 hours to this appointment to drive back home. I called angrily leaving a message in November and had not received a call back or any type of compensation on the matter. If I could give them zero stars I could. Along with that problem, in general the office isn't welcoming and not clean. My first appointment she was on the phone with her client (for another job. There are so many laser places out there, please save your time and money and don't go here. I paid for a Brazilian package and after 6 painful treatments, only about 30% of the hair was gone. The technician confirmed that she used the highest setting during every treatment and was perplexed on why it was not working since the hair is not fine/blonde hair. I asked her if I can come in for a few more treatments to remedy the issue and she told me only if I pay for them since "the results are never guaranteed." This is unacceptable in the beauty service industry as many things are not guaranteed, but in order to preserve the client relationship and ensure the client gets what they paid for, any respectable salon would normally accommodate the client and do anything to make them happy. NOT THIS PLACE. This place just cares about getting your money and sending you out the door, irrespective of whether you are satisfied with your services. read more

They are horrible at returning calls. They scheduled two appointments, sent emails to confirm which I excepted, and when I showed up they told me they were sorry they couldn't see me. I have bought a groupon deal for this establishment. Had 1 session out of 6 and could not make an appointment over the phone. Since they started having issues with their laser machine, I kept making appointments and it kept getting canceled. They said they would call as soon as it got fixed. Since then has been 3 months!!!! The office doesn't have a friendly atmosphere. Hard to really describe it. The laser technician is by far the worst. She was not very friendly at all, it felt awkward and uncomfortable. If having laser done can ever be called "pleasant", this is it! Office is nicely decorated and comfortable. Staff is incredibly friendly, chat with you through the whole process. They make sure it's not too painful and are good about modesty. I originally had a Groupon for this but would go without, scheduling was a breeze. read more
