I never received a response to my email questioning this, however, Rebecca was able to email me within minutes when I asked where to send the check. The contact that they make you sign leaves absolutely no protection for you the customer, they can do what ever they want and there is no recourse, including not honoring any estimate given. If you don't pay within 30 days they will charge you interest. This is a predatory company and they are very good at seeming like they are their to help until you get the invoice, then they will not help at all.
