My husband went to get his septum pierced. The first time the piercer, Amber, screwed it up and had to do it a second time. She had to be talked into doing my piercing, cause she didn't know if she could do it or not. It was in my ear. I will never contribute any funds to this establishment. I'm sure their art and shop are top notch, but they employ some horrendous people and then defend the actions of the person. Their employee called me a faggot, told me to go kill myself, and then said my 3 year old son looks like he has down syndrome. This was in reaction to a discussion about what constitutes as art.
