I called to see if my wedding band came in and they COULDN'T FIND IT! I called few hours later and he was very rude, telling me "its there". Than why didn't someone call me back and let me know???? I wont be giving the Williston store my business again. Very unprofessional and untrained.

They sent the wrong boot width and size, the time taken to get the replacement in and the utter lack of any compensation, discount, anything customer satisfaction related turned me off completely to returning to this business for my future boot needs. This reflects on local management as well as the distributor as they were the ones to push me towards online ordering and repeatedly claimed that they'd make it right without actually accomplishing anything.
