I even had an issue with another Riddle's store that destroyed my ring. Dane made sure I was taken care of. They REMADE my ring. If that isn't service I don't know what is. My only complaint is they always seem to hire older grouchy women. Dane has always been fantastic, so I make a point just to go through him. He knows what he's doing.

I asked why the HUGE price differences and they didn't have a answer for me. So of course we ordered in Sheridan and have it shipped for free to Williston and pick up. I called to see if my wedding band came in and they COULDN'T FIND IT! I called few hours later and he was very rude, telling me "its there". Than why didn't someone call me back and let me know???? I wont be giving the Williston store my business again. Very unprofessional and untrained.

I ordered a game from Temu that was fulfilled/shipped by Rock 30 and I did not pay for the expedited shipping. It took 10 days to receive the game so in my opinion the expedited shipping option is definitely not worth it... Rock 30 is going to lag no matter what. Their selection is awesome and their prices are fair, but they definitely need to step their shipping game up. Thus far, the shipping has been my only issue with Rock 30.

My soon to be daughter in law went there to pick out a wedding dress. When she decided on another…read moredress(at this store) after purchasing the first wedding dress from them, they absolutely would not accommodate her in any way. She spent money on one dress, asked if she could exchange or at the very least get a discount on the next one, and was told no. The workers were very rude to her, and even after trying to call and email the owner, she never got a response. Their only resolution was for her to buy another dress. She was going to spend way more money there buying a veil and hairpiece! But they didn't care. They were of no help. This is supposed to be a place where a bride to be can go and feel pampered and comfortable about such an important and expensive purchase. DO NOT USE THEM! Go anywhere but there!!! I would give ZERO stars but that option is not available.

Every step of my experience with this dress shop was a regretful one. I'm a bridesmaid in a wedding…read moreand I needed the Bridesmaids Dress shipped to me. So of course I sent in my measurements, making sure they were very accurate, so there would be no mistake in size when I received my dress. Upon calling to make my final payment, I was charged $60 over the quote I was given, because my dress was over size 18. Apparently that is their policy. However, I am smaller than a size 18. I told the clerk this, and she argued with me telling me that my measurements would equate to a size 18 dress. So I gave in, paid the extra money, and waited a week to receive my dress. I was sent a size 26 dress. The dress was FAR too big for me, and I had to pay $60 in my town to get it altered to fit my body by someone who knew what they were doing. I honestly believe that this dress shop overcharged me for a size they knew I did Not need just to squeeze an extra $60 out of me. Unfair and unprofessional business!

When I picked my car up it was after hours. I saw they put a different amp in the trunk left a mess of insulation on the carpet broke a speaker cover and the wiring wasn't anything professional at all. They zip tied the power wire to my coil wire! Paid 1/3 more than msrp for the amp plus had to drive to town twice to get it fixed right. They didnt want to do anything about the part they broke and my extra 140 miles of driving. When I asked why it happened the excuse was because the manager wasn't on site that day. They didnt even feel the installer did anything wrong. The amp wasn't even tuned in to the speakers correctly. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Yes man manager just to get you out the door.
