The fact you can't make an appointment is frustrating, I waited for over an hour which is ridiculous as there was only one customer ahead of me. The stylist (Catlynn) I chose is very nice and friendly, so the wait was acceptable. The Salon offers a nice cool seating area, recliners available to nap in if you so desire. read more

My husband and I had a horrible experience here. My husband came in for a haircut and one of the employees (i believe her name was Chas/Chasity?) was very unprofessional. She was "hitting" on my husband right in front of me and one of our children, and to make it worse she was talking poorly about another employee. I would think if you're going to talk badly about an employee you would do so not in-front of clients. The customer service was completely and utterly unprofessional. I highly doubt that management has dealt with this due to the fact that my experience happened a few months back and just recently my friend was telling me about how something similar happened with her and her boyfriend. read more

Disgusted with the lack of professionalism and trashy/sluty behavior of the stylist. Haircut took twice as long because she was blatantly flirting with my husband. When I pointed out the spots she missed/messed up on she made it a point to tell my husband multiple times in front of me "I ain't afraid of no wife so don't worry about it". read more
