Now, even a client with a simple design can be persnickety, and I was no exception. Sean was patient until we achieved a Vision we both liked. If you need collaboration or ideas - this guy has them in spades! This ain't a local parlor - this is a destination! If you live in Mass or South County it is "worth the trip!"

I dealt with Jon for a tattoo recently and have to say, Jon and Providence Tattoo is the easiest…read moreexperience ever for those looking for a tattoo. 1. When I called he was the guy who answered the phone around 2 months ago when I booked a tattoo and stated confidently he could handle what I was looking for. 2. I sent him a design that it took me a year to pick out, little did I know, it was a more common tattoo than I thought it to be (not my intention but it was meaningful to me). Jon made it up in his own style so that it does look different and unique to me. He also took my suggestions about how I wanted to change it for me. 3. The customer service I received was unrivaled. While most of the store is booked out quite a few weeks, he was easy to stay in touch with if I had an idea about how to change the design and never left me hanging for more than a day during the wait. Jon took my ideas, incorporated some of his own and I couldn't be happier. It was affordable, the customer service was awesome, the end result was above expectations. Lastly, if you are reticent about getting your first tattoo, ask for Jon, not only was he a great frigging dude, but he's fine with taking a break a few times an hour so you can both stretch out and feel comfortable. Not my first tattoo, but my first 5 star experience and a local experience with local artists. I will be back if I need something again in the future. Lastly, the shop is clean, everyone followed covid protocols, you never feel unsafe or at risk there. This is an A+ operation filled with A+ artists and workers. If you're looking for some ink, go to Providence Tattoo, and if you can, go see Jon.

I finally started researching shops this summer and Iron Hand Is about two minutes from my house and had amazing reviews, so I went ahead and booked. I couldn't really remember what to expect from my first tattoo, so I was excited, but a little anxious. Maegan was amazing from start to finish. I sent her some ideas the day before and when I went in, she was patient and it was clear she wanted me to be comfortable with every detail. You can see right away from the vibe of the place that it is just somewhere fun to be and you quickly feel relaxed and comfortable. There were several other tattoos going on at the same time and all the artists were so professional and kind. It's been a rough summer, so in addition to being completely ecstatic about how it came out, I feel like I needed that two hours to just take in the positive energy. From the reviews, I was confident that it was going to be a good experience, but it far exceeded that and I'm already planning for my next one! Thanks Maegan!
