On Wednesday, when I called for information he told me "don't call and don't show up here...." HUH?? I had no plans on showing up, I simply wanted some idea on when to expect my car. On Thursday I called him at 1:00 and got the same "don't call..." by 3:00 I asked someone to call on my behalf and they were told the car was ready and in fact I had been called and a message had been left for me.........(this did not happen) and if at 3:00 my car was done, why not tell me at 1:00 to expect it by the end of the day. I went to get it during the hours on the answering machine and it was closed. I had to go back the next morning, and again take time out of work. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I recently brought my 2015 Ford there for work that other Ford dealers apparently didn't find profitable enough to do (upgrading a navigation and infotainment system). Bowen's work was perfect. Everything worked exactly as it was supposed to. They left the car clean and tidy, with no mess or ragged edges. The project involved taking the dashboard apart, which had many potential problems and points of failure. Bowen's did it right the first time, and charged a very reasonable price. Being a small family owned business, it's clear the owner cares about the quality of their work. The owner isn't somewhere hundreds of miles away - he's sitting on a stool in the service area right when you walk in. It's clear they're invested in their work, and committed to doing a good job. Even though I live over an hour away, I'll be bringing my car exclusively to Bowen's for all future service and work. It's worth the drive for a place that does reliable, quality, and reasonably priced work (which hasn't been my general experience with most other dealerships).
