When it is collected the man has a scale that he hangs the bag on and he can tell you there and then how much it will cost. The first time I used them I felt it was so cheap I asked him to wait and got the rest of my ironing. It is delivered back to you in a celophane wrapper all hung on metal coat hangers and very well ironed. Never had any problems. It would make a great present to give to someone also.
