It's our 10th day on the road:…read more We've been hiking in mud and rain, sweating in gorgeous but hot sunshine, sitting and sleeping on trains and other public transportation. My last pair of clean underwear was two days ago and we haven't stayed in one place long enough to wash a pair or two out!! We are having a great time but DESPERATE to do laundry, Brights Launderette was literally a "Bright" Spot in our travels. Helen is extremely helpful and nice - she had change, helped show how the machines worked, both the washers and the dryers were quick and efficient and (if you're visiting from out of town) plenty of places near by to get a little bite of something to eat while you wait. If you want to stay at the launderette there's also plenty of places to sit and read. Finally, if you're from out of town and staying in Nottinghams town center it's a pleasant 15 minute walk (we used our luggage on wheels to transport the laundry) but I'm pretty sure buses go right by there too. Definitely recommend it.

Also ruined the fabric on one side of one garment and tried to blame it on 'faulty fabric'. Absolutely ruined, unwearable. Indigo denied all responsibility and were rude and dismissive both times I went in to complain. One star is too good for this place. AVOID at all costs.
