Absolutely dreadful comppany, possibly ok if you just want a basic clean for student accommodation, but we were looking for an end of tenancy clean for an executive let. After the frst clean it was apparent that their standards fell well short of their website detail Microwave hadn't been moved, or the fridge freezer, popcorn remnants under settee cushions, tops of cupboards not cleaned, light fittings not cleaned. Freezer hadn't been cleaned out, microwave hadn't been cleaned, several of the cupboards and drawer , spilt coffee behind kitchen table and cobewebs I could go on, but I am sure you will get the picture! Apparently they were short staffed so didn't have the full compliment of cleaners however, if this was the case have no idea why they did not come back to continue the work! Bathroom was dreadful clean, no attempt to remove limescale from bath and no use of bleach to clean grout lines or bath seals. Spoke to our tenants who were hugely disappointed in the clean and the cost (over £200) I then spoke to the cleaning company who agreed to come out again under duress. Two cleaners came out, one a very young girl, they were left with instructions of what still needed to be done they told me they do not clean vases?? Bizarre when doing an end of tenancy clean in a furnished property! However, not onlydo they not clean them, they do not move them to clean behind them. The second clean was (moderately) better. In the end I have cleaned the property properly myself and it now sparkles! For some strange reason they also used scouring materials on the chrome work which has left it scratched in the bathroom and the hob. Not sure what products they used on the stainless steel in the kitchen, but I am still trying to polish the streaks out!!!! There are so many good cleaning products available on the market I am struggling to understand how they managed to do such a bad clean. Additionally they offer a gardening service, which our tenants employed them to do! Gardener obviously has no idea about gardening as they lawn mowered the lawn and the flower beds? No attempt to actually removed weeds from the garden. I would not recommend this company to anyone absolute waste of money!!!! read more

Absolutely LOVE this company. Used them for a month or two for domestic cleaning and maid service and I haven't had to lift a finger. I'm hardly the most practical of people and they take care of all of my most hated chores, cleaning, ironing, washing up, laundry, making beds, gardening, DIY the list goes on. Our maid is extremely friendly, always willing to work to our needs, and now I'm almost scared of life without her! read more

My whole experience with Mum's helping hands was awful. They were incredibly difficult to book. After the intensive end of tenancy clean I was left with a house that did not sparkle as I had hoped, a broken drawer in the kitchen and a smoke detector knocked off the ceiling. There was no discount or apology offered for this. I will not be recommending this company nor will I be using them again. read more

They did an end of tenancy clean for my 2 bedroom flat I was very pleased with how clean the flat was after, and how much better it looked, for the new tenants. Also I was very impressed how they worked weekends, all over excellent services, Thanks guys! read more
