Paul Topham is the contact that I used with MIES and I don't know how to use good enough words for the review!!! He is extremely patient with my millions of emails with questions regarding shipment both before and after pick up. He explains in detail, and has given me quotes including the duties, taxes before pick up so I know how much it will be (and very close to actual price after packing). The packing / crating was very professional and he even provided photos after packing prior to shipment.
