I was turned away and was told there was no use in me looking around; they even deterred me from making an appointment. They shared that any possible dress I could think of (or possibly be interested in) "wouldn't be available, anyway." They also told me to go look somewhere else. I highly do NOT recommend this bridal shop. They're a disgrace to the spirit of wedding shopping; such should be an experience of excitement, accommodations and positivity. After trekking across town in the rain, I arrived to find what she was trying to SELL me was used. I may have been able to deal with used, but these cummerbunds and bow ties were beyond retirement. They were stained, the white closures were no longer white and they were just worn. I just can not fathom that she tried selling me this junk for almost new prices let alone the fact that she rents these products for formal events. Don't waste your time with this "second hand" store.
