Extremely disappointing experience--would not recommend for bridal alterations…read more I brought multiple dresses here for my daughter's wedding, including her bridal gown, and it turned into a nightmare. The wedding dress came back completely unwearable--shoulders didn't fit, buttons were falling off, seams were uneven, and the stitching was coming undone. We had to buy a replacement dress just days before the wedding. Other dresses, including the reception gown and a bridesmaid dress, also had major issues. I gave the owner every opportunity to make things right--she acknowledged the problems and agreed to issue refunds. But after weeks of follow-ups, nothing was processed, and I've now been blocked from contacting her. I've been more than fair, even offering to absorb the cost of the original dress, just to resolve this peacefully. Instead, I was left with added stress, financial loss, and no accountability. Please think twice before trusting this business with anything as important as a wedding gown. I would never want another bride or family to go through what we did.

My soon-to-be daughter-in-law recently purchased her wedding dress at Ivory on Campbell. During the…read morefitting, she voiced concern about the dress size. The sales consultant reassured her that ordering one size up would be best, even though the sample she tried on in the store already fit comfortably with room to spare. When the ordered dress arrived, it was four inches too large. The seamstress immediately advised that the dress would be difficult to alter without compromising its look and recommended requesting the correct size instead. The manager said she would speak with the owner about the issue, so my daughter-in-law held onto the dress while waiting for a resolution. Ultimately, the store refused to order the proper size and offered only a store credit for half the cost of the dress -- an unacceptable outcome considering they are the professionals who guided the sizing decision. We are extremely disappointed in both the lack of accountability and the poor customer service. Brides deserve knowledgeable, ethical guidance and fair solutions when errors occur -- especially for such an important purchase.

I am very picky about dry cleaning and I went through two other shops before I found this wonderful…read moreplace! I drive ~25 minutes each way but it's worth it because they do such a great job! (Also I can shop at the Towers mall which is right across the street...) Heather and the crew there are super nice people and seem very conscientious, and I have never had an issue with the quality of the work. Plus they have a drive-thru so you don't even have to get out of your car. AND, you get text alerts when your clothes are ready! :c) If you are fed up with other cleaners like I was, then give this place a shot--maybe you will love them, too!
