This letter is my personal recommendation for seamstress Noreen…read more I have consulted Noreen on her Stockton home for alterations on my daughter's prom dress. I wanted to give this young lady a chance because all the other seamstresses I consulted have unreasonably charged "an arm and leg". I am looking for a good job with reasonable rates as the dress will be donated to Philippine charity later on. Glad that I found Noreen! I am greatly impressed and pleased with Noreen's skill and positive, can-do attitude. She said she has 20+ years of seamstress experience and can get the project done. It took her less than two weeks for the alterations to finish due to the dress zipper not closing so she had to replace the zipper. Her quality of sewing is perfection. Her patience and ability to make the customer happy coupled with her adept abilities are reasons enough for me to be a returning client. I highly recommend contacting Noreen for her talents, punctuality, and reliability that are sure to leave any client smiling. I have photos to back up her work.

I had not been to a laundry mat in over 20 years. This place was a little dated/tethered, but…read moreclean. The machines appeared to be in good condition. The staff on duty was very pleasant and helpful. I washed bed comforters to give my home washer a break since I had three to wash. One of them didn't wash very well in the $4.75 washer (parts of it was still dry after the wash). I probably should have used a larger machine (the next size up). The others washed just fine; I was able to put two in the $7.75 washer. The dryers didn't give much time (7-8 minutes per quarter) and didn't seem to get very hot. Maybe that's normal, but I wouldn't know. They were almost dry after 2 rounds of 15 minutes on high each, but I decided to finish drying them at home instead of feeding the machine. I would probably go back if the need arises now that I know what to expect. Plus, the staff person on duty was super nice.

And they didn't have bags to place my clean clothes in afterwards. Plus they'd charge me for the machines plus an additional $15 for their service. What kind of fckery is that?!? So I drove around and around to stumble upon Laguna Laundry. It was a little hard to see because it sits in the cuts. But I was determined to have clean clothes so I found it!!! And I found Miss Brenda. She was planning her new business as I walked in and we hit it off right away. I explained to her what I was looking for and she promised to do her best and deliver. And She Did!!! She took the best care of my clothes, folded and neatly bagged them. I got a nice text saying my clothing was ready and that made me extremely happy. Clothes look good, smell good and folded nicely so I simply slide them in the dresser. I'm so happy!!! I usually drive to the Bay to have clothes laundered. But now that I've had the Ultimate Experience with Miss Brenda at Laguna Laundry I have no reason to travel far. My clothes are happy to stay. Note: the laundromat is nice and clean. Not crowded and has good energy. Visit Miss Brenda! You'll be happy you did!!!
