I had a great experience ordering these flowers so this is a very disappointing review to have to leave. There was no question what I ordered as the arrangement was on the florist's website, and from the pics you can see an amateurish attempt to replicate the product ordered. Great order-taking aside, the reality is that this business took $100 of my hard earned money and ripped me off. They delivered my wife a joke of an arrangement in front of her friends and coworkers on Valentine's Day. You can't do today over. From the reviews left previously, this is your MO. My guess, you ran low on flowers on a busy Valentine's Day having under-forecast your sales. You want the money though, so you take orders and try to stretch the flowers you have across all the orders. The result is a piss poor example of an arrangement that I could have arranged better myself with a $15 bouquet from Walmart. Readers can judge for themselves. First of all the website is not updated, I ordered something for my husband and when I call because he didn't receive anything at 4pm they tell me that they don't have the product for what you ask for phone number, email and all the information to contact me if you will not do it. I'm so pleased! My coworker unexpectedly lost her only child and we wanted to send her an arrangement to let her know that we were there for her. There was a little hiccup in the address distance and limited quantity of one of the flowers in the arrangement, so I thought I would have to cancel. They called me and worked with me to make sure that my coworker getting the arrangement would not be a problem. The arrangement needed to be adjusted due to sizing of a flower being unavailable so I didnt know what the final result would look like. Don't use them. Not Reliable. Ordered flowers to a business address for Valentines and they did NOT deliver them. I selected that it was a business but they saw online that it was open 24 hours. They didn't call me to check if that made sense. Instead they made a bad assumption and supposedly planned to deliver who knows when. I only found out when I called them at 4:45 pm on Valentines and had not heard anything from the recipient. Worst customer service yet. read more

The owner of the shop was very helpful and went out of her way to accommodate my needs. I called during a busy holiday week and needed to know if my mom's address was within their delivery area. Normally, the answer would've been NO, but since I had just placed a previous order, she was willing to help and even offered to deliver them. She was pleasant to talk with and even gave helpful advice on how to keep the flowers from drying out. I'll update once the two deliveries are made. Today is May 06, 2022, this is an update on my purchase. The followers sent to my daughter were beautiful. I'm not happy with the red and yellow roses sent to my mother. I paid $90.00 for a different arrangement. I was really hoping this would be the florist shop for me, now I'm skeptical and very disappointed because I could've spent less for red and yellow roses somewhere else. What a little hole in the wall place,first off yelp tells me they are open and the kid there tells me there "normally" open on Saturdays but the owner is in Miami. I got there and they were close but then boom out of no where they had there open sign on and door unlocked,I ask if they were open and then guy said they were just waiting for a costumer to pick up a order so they guy was nice enough to let me buy something but there selection sucked. I ended buying four roses for $4 each a total of $18 with tax,I could of gone to Publix and gotten a better bouquet of flowers and at least I know they are open. There selection sucks and the place inside is a mess and un organized but also there selection is bad and I asked if they had tulips witch on there site it says they have them but when I asked in person I was told they did not,they only had a few flowers very limited selection... This business is miss leading and should not lie about there inventory,they are hidden inside a plaza that has only a few businesses with small signs so finding them is a hassle. Never will I stop in here again even though the kid looked like he was nice for letting me purchased some flowers from here. Over all I don't like this business at all because of all these reasons. I placed and order in the morning of Valentines Day. Received an e-mail right before 5PM to let me know that the order would not delivered to my wife. Bought some flowers for my wife here for Valentine's day and it was disappointing. I spoke with a girl on the phone who had a very hard time copying words down correctly, even when i spelled them repeatedly. She took my credit card info and wrote it down on a piece of paper, planning to run it later which is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. If you are going to take someone's credit card info over the phone, you run it right then and there to prevent identity theft. Doing it the way she did makes her and everyone else at the business, a prime suspect in identity theft for any customer who is a victim of it afterwards! I forced her to run the card while I was on the line, and give me a approval code to prove it. Aside from that... Just like all flower shops, their prices are too high. The $39.99 arrangement I ordered ended up costing me $51 at the end after tax and an $8 delivery charge, but no surprises there. What was a surprise is the size of the bouquet once my wife got it.. It was so small compared to the online photo which was very misleading IMO. It was about the size of what a bridesmaid would hold in a wedding I think. In addition to the disappointment in the size, it did not come with any plant food and the card that was included, was nothing but a piece of paper ran through a desktop printer which was low on ink, and folded twice. The card made It look so amateur and the entire experience was just a disappointment. I was going to give them 2 stars just for delivering it like they were asked, but my wife thought it was too generous and that they deserve the lowest rating. I would have to agree based on the fact that this was a gift for my wife, nobody wants a gift that costs over $50 to be a disappointment. The flowers died after only a few days as well. I dont live in FL but ordered from this company for Mothers Day, Saturday delivery because they are literally 5 min from my moms house. Figured proximity would be best for delivery: nope. They 3rd party contracted out and that company didn't delivery Saturday. They ended up delivering on actual Mothers Day, so wasn't end of the world BUT they kept the flowers in the delivery car all Saturday and possibly overnight bc the arrangement she got was wilted and one flower broken. This is the absolute worst company I have ever delt with in my life. My mother tried to surprise me with flowers after I had surgery. She ordered a dish garden on a Thursday to be delivered on Saturday. My mother received a email stating it will be delivered by 6pm. It was delivered at 9pm!! AND it was not what she ordered what so ever. We ended up going with a different company through a third party youflowers.com. The owner called me three days later asking me if it was delivered. I ordered flowers online last Friday to be delivered today to my sister. She just had a baby girl. I ordered a specific design shown on their website. I also ordered a Mylar balloon to be attached for an extra cost of $5.00. My sister texted me that the flowers arrived and thanked me, I asked if she could message me a picture so I could see how they turned out. They looked nothing like what I ordered. The vase was shaped different and lavender, I had ordered a clear vase. The flowers were completely different. I had ordered a very elegant pastel bouquet with lots of light pinks and white flowers. This arrangement even had red roses in it??? I was completely disappointed. On top of that the Mylar balloon I ordered had "flown away" per the delivery driver. I called to complain and the only thing they would do was refund the balloon or deliver her another one. I asked for the refund. I did not experience good customer service either and was told they gave me the same "value of flowers" that I paid for. I did send an e mail requesting either them to deliver another arrangement that looked like what I ordered or to give me some sort of a discount/compensation.
