The waiting room is nice and recently remodeled. Don't make yourself too comfy in the waiting area though, because they get you in for your appointment quick! I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes before being guided back to the dreaded chair. I've even been early/late for my appointments and they still always manage to take care of me right away. I've seen two dental hygenists in this office and they have both been outstanding. My current hygenist, Ashley, is super sweet and very informative. My previous hygenist, Tracey, is the most gentle hygenist I've had clean my teeth. Their office is fully equipped with what seems to be the newest technology. Each dentist chair has a computer monitor on a swivel that they use to view and record patient information. They're also good at making personal notes about the patient because I usually only see them twice a year and they always remember all the little details about my personal life. Dr. Linger is so nice and he always puts me at ease. He's so easy to talk to and he always has a big smile on his face (that might be a dentist thing). I've only had one small procedure done (air abrasion and filling) and he made it quick and totally painless. One nerdy thing I enjoy is they send out a quarterly newsletter. The articles are usually basic and kind of silly, but I like the part of the newsletter that talks about what seminars the dentists are going to or what awards they've received. It's just nice to know that my dentist is always learning about the latest and greatest techniques instead of mindlessly completing the minimum amount of CE to stay licensed. If you're new to the area or just looking for a new dentist I highly recommend checking out this office.

The main dentist then "returned" and is now back practicing. Yesterday I had a filing come loose and called to make an appointment to have it fixed. Tried to make the appointment well over 7 days out, because I have a schedule and a life too, but was informed the dentist is going on a 2 week vacation and so unless I come in the next day I won't be seen for 2-3 weeks. I tried to make this work but unfortunately had to call and reschedule. I was just informed they will charge me a fee for rescheduling, despite the fact that I tried to adjust to their schedule, and now I am responsible for paying a fee? Asked to speak to the person with "authority" and was told no. Needless to say they have lost my business.

I've been very pleased with the dental work delivered by this practice but am unbelievably…read moredisappointed with the office billing personnel. On all of my visits, they require the patient to pay their higher Usual and Customary Fees as opposed to their contractually obligated in-network PPO fees. Refunds are made down the line to square the account but in the interim, the patient has forked over significantly higher dollar amounts. Why should the patients serve as their bank? I pushed back on this practice and was met with arrogance, smugness and general ugliness. The billing personnel clearly did not display any interest in understanding how the in-network PPO reimbursement worked. They even threatened to withhold treatment until I acquiesced to their higher fee payment request. It's a shameful way to treat patients and a black eye for such talented dentists and hygienists.

I will say, it's quite easy to get an appointment & I enjoyed my dental assistant (the brunette male wearing pigtail braid's & jewelry, forgot his name).
