I started to notice buttons on my satin shorts melted off, stains I pointed out to get removed not removed. I said something nicely the second to last time I went in about them not getting a smell and stain out of two shirts. When I went back in after I had paid 85.00 dollars the prior visit for the damaged clothes the woman told me they only did, " dry cleaning only". I then went on to tell her these are dry cleaning only, please read the label. She went silent and said she'd try to fix it. Came back to find she couldn't do silk or polyester because they don't do cleaning of stains or smells. I took the same shirt three times it costing 7 dollars per visit alone for that shirt on top of 3 dozen others. Went home and washed them myself in the washer; no buttons melted, no stains, no smell, no damage. I do NOT recommend this place. They ruined half my clothes and still charged me for it. They verbally told me they didn't know how to get deodorant out of silk or polyester then went on to charge me 75.00 dollars not including the shirt they didn't wash for the second time. I'm normally a very polite person and was never rude and very unprofessional. Uptown cleaners I would recommend 100% .
