She was super informative, very friendly and knowledgeable. Their scheduling and payment system is super easy. The equipment they use is the exact same as the other companies...absolutely no sacrifice in quality. Furthermore, they are a local small company that believes in customer service and establishing relationships more than just selling as many as they can. Extremely polite and respectful. They offer rental and selling. They offer salt refills very reasonably. I just can't say enough good. If you're looking for water treatment and don't want a big box or a call center when you call this is your place. If you don't like getting taken advantage of on price this is the place.

When I called to dispute the bill, I was told that not only did I owe December but also January now. They had called the 2 numbers that I had told them were no longer in service. There were 2 people at the home waiting for them but they claimed that no one answered the door. When I spoke to the the manager she told me that there was no reason to discuss the matter because "she did not believe me and that I was not going to believe her". Worst customer service ever!
