Made calls to try and find a service center and every place I called couldn't take us and advised us to contact Art's Repair Service in Scottsbluff, NE. The following morning we set out to drive 5 miles to Art's and after a 1/2 mile the RV died. Called AAA and they recommended Ron's Towing and sent Tanner from Ron's to help us out. Tanner was incredibly efficient and fast, very knowledgeable and reassuring he would be able to get us to Art's with no problem. He also recommended a great Mexican Restaurant for lunch. Can't thank Tanner enough for his help and highly recommend Ron's Towing if ever in Scottsbluff area of NE.

I don't remember the name of the man who came out to help put our spare tire on but he was so kind and honestly concerned for our safety. The customer service was amazing, he called several times to make sure we made it to the nearest Firestone okay for replacement tires. He also called when he was on his way to ensure that he was getting there as fast as he could. I had an out of this world experience that put a great twist on an otherwise unfortunate day. So once upon a time, my boyfriend and I were driving across the country. We were driving along…read moreI-64 W and he was teaching me to drive in the snow. It was a stressful time as I had no clue how to drive in snow. I was getting the hang of it and suddenly all the lights on the dashboard turned on. He swore, I panicked slightly, and the car was grumpy. Turns out the alternator was slowly dying. After driving along for a few miles we found an overpass to pull over under. Thank goodness for the overpass because it had been snowing, we hadn't seen any signs, and we had no clue where we were. After some investigation we found this place online (thank goodness for smart phones too) and gave them a call. They were quite patient with us as we attempted to describe where we were without having any real clue. They informed us they could be to us in about 45 minutes or so, based on traffic, weather, and where we were located. About 50 minutes later, a tow truck pulled up in front of us. The kind, old gentleman working cleaned off his truck and had us hooked up and off the side of the road within 15-20 minutes. He drove us back to the nearest town (Kimball) and gave us advice on where to stay that night and took us to a tow shop. They didn't take credit and we didn't have a check book so he drove the boyfriend to a nearby bank. Really, Circle R was helpful and got to us as quick as they could. I would hope that I'll never need to use a towing service near Kimball, NE again, but if I did, I'd give these guys a call.
