On March 29, 2022 my wife and I were headed home to Torrington, WY On highway 85. We ran into a typical ground blizzard, except the snow that was accumulating turned to slush. It's very difficult to control your car on a slushy road so I immediately slowed to about 45 mph. We had just turned north off of what's called the gun barrel and shortly crossed the county line and we're in Goshen County. All of a suden I hit deep slush and immediately let up on the gas and pumped my brakes! It didn't work and I went off the road. I tried to drive back on the road but it was too slippery. We called 911 and asked for assistance. It seemed like a miracle that In less than 20 minutes an ABC wrecker pulled up. The driver, Ken, got out quickly hooked us up and pulled us back on the road. I asked Ken what I owed him and he winked at me and said nothing! It was his good deed for the day! He then told us to follow his truck and he would make tracks in the slush for our car. My family and I had a wonderful experience with ABC Towing. Our rental had its radiator go bad while we were on the road and had to pull over on the side of the highway yesterday off 80 west. And we finally managed to make it to a small truck stop, and it started so hard. We were glad we had made it to that truck stop in the nick of time. It was a nightmare!!!! I explained to the Ken, that we were having issues finding an auto shop in the area for a small part, but couldn't find any because the part wasn't in stock or because our rental was still new. Fantastic!!! He arrived 10 minutes from the time he called to tell us he was on his way. And was able to quickly get our rental on the flat bed, and we were on our way. So, I told Ken he was a sight for sore eyes. My parents were especially happy to see him. Here's where he went above and beyond: he took us to Denver airport to get into another rental and stayed with us until we were done with our new rental. So no job too small or too big for him. We were on the final leg home (of a 12k+ mile trip around the US) going from NorCal back to Apex, NC when the car died ~40 miles East of Cheyenne (all the lights on the dash came on and the car dies - alternator) - Nothing like that sinking feeling of your car dying on the side of the freeway (on a Sunday when everything is closed). Ken was a godsend - He called, introduced himself and made sure we knew where he was and when he would arrive to pick us up. Sitting on the side of the road - We very much appreciated the communication. Upon arrival - Ken efficiently loaded the vehicle and towed us to the repair shop. Ken allowed me time to arrange a hotel and dropped us off making sure we were safe. My wife and I highly recommend Ken at ABC Towing. Hello All! If it were possible to give a 6-star rating, Ken, owner and operator of ABC Towing, would get a 7! My wife and I broke down in the middle of a 2500-mile road trip that began in Ohio and ended in California. Ken easily towed my Harley FXRT, with a trike kit, to the motel across from the Harley shop, and, since they could not get to me for 15 days, he towed us again, to Garage 33, an independent motorcycle repair shop where they got us running. Ken is the BEST! I was taking a very long road trip from my home state of Wyoming to go and visit my mom and just as I crossed over the border of Nebraska my car got struck by lightning while I was driving on the interstate. On a day that was not going my way, I smoked the clutch on my Harley. I called ABC Towing. Great experience. Ken was quick to get to us and very courteous. We especially appreciated that he has a crew cab that could our family of 5. Very friendly and very helpful. I broke down last Saturday evening near Cheyenne and was SO, SO fortunate to have AAA call Ken to tow me. Without a service call, Ken stopped when he saw us sitting alongside I-80 on our way to Laramie. Not only did he pick us up on his way home from a full day, he made several phone calls to area garages to see if someone could take a look at our vehicle. He was very friendly we didn't have a ride to our hotel so not only did he offer to drive us he recommended a hotel near the shop our car was getting fixed at, he also gave us recommendations on places to eat because we hadn't eaten yet and we're from out of town. Ken was absolutely amazing! We broke down outside of Cheyenne while passing through. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and had water and snacks in his clean truck. He not only gave us a tow but handed us a card and insisted that we call him for any help while we were stuck in town. Ken was fantastic! We broke down 50 miles east of Cheyenne and he came as soon as possible to pick us up, along with our 80 pound German Shepard. We were so grateful that he let our dog ride in the cab with us. This is a great service! I had a problem with a flat tire on a rental vehicle. There was no jack in this van but the rental company called ABC. Ken came out with a jack and an impact wrench.
