Not only did they get me in right away but also set up notifications based on what was most convenient for me. They kept in touch throughout the time they had my vehicle and informed me that I could get a rental car as well (something I had not been informed of by the other party's insurance company) at no cost to me. When I picked my car up today, not only did they do a fantastic job on the body work of my car (it looks like new!), but they also went above and beyond by cleaning the inside of my car and I even noticed they put Rain-X on the windshields. I was floored at the amount of work they put into fixing my car and then at making sure I was taken care of. I will definitely be sending friends their way and will return for any future work I need done, no doubt about it! Kudos for the excellent customer service and quality of work!

I was a bit worried that it would be too much for me to fix myself--that's when I called Josh. I was pleasantly surprised by his superb ability to do the work, and also his great communication throughout the project. He dealt with the parts suppliers, and engine rebuilder very professionally. Josh recognized that the first rebuilt engine he received had an abnormal noise. He had them send another engine and recouped the cost I would've had to pay out of my own pocket if I'd have had the work done at a dealer. Josh was very affordable, very thorough and I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone his way that needs small engine work done.
