Eddie came to check my Septic tank cause the leach line wasn't draining. The crew got down to work…read morechecking the system and they camera the line as far as it would allow and told the leach field is too old and need replacing. We discussed options as he told me over the phone he could hydro jet it but he couldn't guarantee the longevity of the fix as it's only a patch that may last a week, month or if I was lucky a year. So he told me the best option was to install a new leach line which he said with my soil I would only need a single line 50 ft long. I was surprised by that be cause most leach fields I had were multiple lines. So he's coming back next week ( after he pump my tank till his truck was full ) to install the new line. To top it off he didn't charge me for all that work. I guess being a repeat customer pays off. Thanks again Eddie Marvin

I cannot say anything but good things about how we were served!…read more We had a bit of an emergency on our hands with a system in our home. We moved in 5 weeks prior, and had to have the Roto Rooter people service and repair our main drain line. During the process, the septic tank needed to get emptied ASAP. I called Tom's, and spoke to Lucy. She was very courteous, and quoted very high, including an emergency call fee. She explained that this was to cover all possible costs, since it was an Emergency Call, and there were many "unknowns." Jose came out within 1/2 hour. He got our septic pumped, and shared that there were few solids, which meant that it had been emptied recently. He inspected and reported that the tank and leach field were in good order. The job was done in a timely, professional manner. Jose and Lucy gave us a bill that was reasonable, and it included a discount as a gesture of relief, due to our circumstances. They told us that they considered our situation, and it warranted the price we were charged. I cannot thank the staff of Tom's Septic Tank enough, specifically Lucy and Jose, for coming to our aid - on a Friday afternoon, at the last minute. We will be calling this company for ALL our septic needs for our home.
