Where others sold quarterly packages and told me the additional upgrades I could pay for, Jared responded with a flat quote, as requested. We scheduled the service appointment for just two days later. He told me the time he'd be here and was 10 minutes ahead of schedule. He did an inside and outside treatment, and he took the time to answer my questions about the pests in question and how I can try to avoid them in the future.
