Quickly in and out. Went in for an oil change, tire rotation and new windshield wipers for front and back. Got there at 7:50 am (appointment for 8:00 am). Everything was done by 8:30 am. went in and ask them to check and confirm about why my car was having an issue to drive and accelerate but all they did was say we aren't sure what happened and reset my VSA reader when I ask about that and why my car is stalling to accelerate only to finally get them to check it a 3rd time in one month and then they finally say oh we can run a diagnostic test, then they finally told me what was wrong and it was the timing chain, so I was wanting to get that done after I make the money only for them to say just let us know when you are dropping off and after a few hours at work to set my PTO to drop it off that day and called them about 2 hours in they said oh you are going to drop it off today? let me check something only to tell me come drop it off after a week, and when I finally was going to get that chance my car finally died on me and when I let them know about it they say oh ok well, you are scheduled to get your car worked on but if your car won't start it could be another issue as well and so we won't be able to get started for another 2 weeks...wow...because they want to delay and not understand to do a full diagnostic when I first asked my car wont start and they are wanting to delay it for another 2 weeks that's a total of 2 months of waiting on them to figure things out and last time or maybe it feels racist because I'm a gay Asian man so they don't bother to care because I always went to them before it was handed over to the new owner and the old owner knew what he was doing and would check everything and let me know what they fixed and when they notice something they would tell me additionally, not just ignore their customers emergency issue to a 3rd come back read more

Neil and his employees saved me my placing 4 new tires on the camper. In and out in under an hour and for a fair price. I had ended up on the side of the road trying to out run hurricane Florence. After driving 50 miles my two right tires swelled up and were rubbing each other. Did a quick search on yelp and saw Alrays was 3 miles away. Called and Neil said bring to him and he would fix me up. The staff is helpful, knowledgable, and always fair. I once brought my car in because I had a screw in my treads, but it turns out that it didn't even puncture the tire so they just popped it out and sent me on my way with no charge. Additionally, my brother had his brakes serviced here for a fraction of the cost that he paid previously. Alray didn't just do a better job, they fixed the problems caused by the previous shop.
