The cheese was plentiful and ooey gooey. I would have loved to take a picture of the cheese pull for you but, the food was in my face! The brisket was well seasoned and tender and the cilantro was fresh. Of course, there was a dipping sauce and lime slice, but I honestly didn't need them.
