We have never had to wait for our shuttle nor wondered where the driver was. I had considered a cab service, but my vacations are very important to me, and didn't want to have to worry about reliability, so I decided to use Greg's service, and called to set up an appointment. An e-mail was sent with an invite that you respond to confirming your appointment, and you receive a text from the driver a half hour before pick up. My driver showed up very early, and was waiting for me at my requested pick up location. Very friendly, helped with my bags, had a beautiful Lincoln, and got me to Newark in no time! He even was kind enough to look up my departure gate at my terminal for United Airlines! Also, exchanged in pleasant talk on the way!
