Called for pricing to Philadelphia Airport from the Marlboro/Colts Neck area. Jay quoted me $170 one-way with tip and tolls included. I called back to book this and another individual picked up and said that the price that Jay gave me was incorrect and that he quoted me to go to Newark instead. They adjusted the price to $250 one-way and said they would not honor the initial pricing I was given. The inconsistency of this business is frustrating--Don't waste your time you will get incorrect pricing and then will be blindsided when you go to book it. Go elsewhere. read more

I have used this limo company three times with no issue however, I booked a party bus for December to go to see a broadway play then dinner and we had to postpone due to Covid we rescheduled for April and now the show closed before the reschedule date. Owner is refusing to give me my deposit of $200 back. Covid then the play closed for God sakes I would maybe have used him in December but not now we have spent over $4000 with him over the years and he throws it all away for $200. First Class Limousine is amazing! They were very easy to work with from booking a year prior, to the day of our wedding on 6/10/17. Their prices were very reasonable! Our wedding was a good distance from their location but they had no problem accommodating us. For our wedding, we used 20 passenger black party bus. The vehicle itself was beautiful and well-maintained. Our driver for the day was Robert and he was awesome! He definitely went above and beyond. He was prompt and courteous. He helped straighten out the train on my dress before I walked down the aisle, which I appreciated. He even set up a red carpet and champagne to pop outside of the church! That was a total surprise and so fun! We ended up adding a stop for pictures that day and Robert had no problem with that. We were even arriving at our reception location early and he asked if we wanted to go somewhere else since we had paid for the time. I cannot recommend First Class Limousine enough! I used this company for two recent airport transports to Newark from Freehold. On both trips the drivers were a few minutes early picking us up. This made me feel much more at ease as I'm a control freak and hated the idea of relying on someone else to get us to the airport. On both returned trips I received text messages from the driver upon arrival advising that they were standing by and ready after we pick up our luggage. On the last trip we ended up being delayed 3 hours but the driver was still there waiting to take us home. The mini-bus provided was very clean and roomy for my family. Bart, our driver, was excellent. He smoothly navigated our trip to NYC, even though there was a gridlock alert. He was a stellar driver who was able to drop my family off in front of Radio City. This was key for us since my elderly parents have limited ability to walk. Our driver was Gavin and he was exceptional- helped all of the ladies in and out of the vehicle, fluffed the brides gown before she walked into the church, prepared a champagne toast for the bride and groom after the ceremony, and was just an all around cordial guy. My husband, my aunt, and I wanted to go to a concert in Camden but didn't want to worry about parking and traffic as it can be a nightmare down there. The other places I called had sedans available at over 100 dollars more than First Class. I was concerned as both my husband and aunt are tall, First Class provided a beautiful 4 person limo for us to take. Anthony F., our driver, was waiting outside 15 min early so when we were ready to leave he was there. He was warm and personable. Before we left he told us how to use the controls (we are limo novices) in the back and informed us on how to put down the divider if we needed him for anything. The inside of the limo was immaculate, so clean and comfortable. We let Anthony know we often leave right at the last song or sometimes before just to beat the rush so we weren't really sure what time to expect us. He explained that was no problem and promised to be close when we got out. He was the first vehicle parked when we walked out of the venue, I was impressed. The next time I need a car service they will be the first company we call and I've already suggested them to a friend of mine who is getting married. I promised her she wouldn't be disappointed. Spoke to someone named Mike who booked the Lincoln MK Stretch over the phone. Answered all my questions and made the process very easy. On the day of the wedding had an excellent driver named John. I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. They were late to picking up my husband and groomsmen and then showed up an entire hour late to pick up myself (bride) and bridesmaids. My guests were waiting over an hour at the church before my arrival. The driver was an older man who seemed extremely overwhelmed. He was using a Tom Tom to navigate and when asked if he had google maps he said he wasn't sure. Since Tom Toms are an extremely outdated piece of technology, the driver continuously got lost, took the longer way and did not avoid traffic. My husband and I specifically added an extra 20 minutes between each drop off just to ensure the day ran smoothly and was not stressful. Unfortunately that was not the case. The beginning of my wedding day was extremely stressful and nerve racking. My husband was waiting at the church calling this company trying to figure out where the driver was. The person answering the phone line had to get a hold of the drive and walk him through directions. Once he finally got to the bride and bridesmaids he couldn't figure out the music or Bluetooth. He made multiple wrong turns to the point where my father had to give him directions. All of these delays then cut into our picture time and cocktail hour. I felt bad for the driver but when handling the biggest day of peoples lives you should have someone who can navigate google maps, waze, or any other modern technology. My wedding luckily turned out beautifully regardless but this was definitely "the one thing" that went wrong. Highly do NOT recommend them. Also, the company is WELL aware of this situation as they had numerous people calling them the day of to find out what was going on and the company has done NOTHING to remedy the situation. read more

First Class Limousine is anything but first class. Multiple complaints about the service: -Bridal Party had to go to a liquor store, and pay out of pocket, to restock the alcohol in the limousine after the initial drive to the church from the hotel, for the 45 minute trip from the church to the reception hall -Driver of the limousine was asking ME (the groom) for directions to the church, and from the church to the venue -Terrible communication in terms of confirmations and follow-up to ensure proper service the day of the wedding -Driver got us to the church late, due to an inability to navigate to a faster route when driving from the hotel in Woodbridge to the bridal party in Neptune. -Quite a few more complaints but don't want to make a novel The most disturbing of my experiences with this company has been my interactions with the manager/owner. I had called about a charge following the wedding due to a scheduling mistake (again, terrible with the communication), and once the owner had been faced with a conflict, he actually hung up on me! For a "first class" and "professional" business, the owner, Jay Glick, was quite childish in how he handled my complaints (which obviously made my experience with this company an absolute terror at this point), not to mention that he was utterly unwilling to hear my complaints fully, and kept trying to talk over me during the entirety of our telephone conversation (before he hung up on me, of course). Jay and his crew will also try to convince you that they are the only limousine company in the Monmouth and Ocean County area that offer some perks (such as the flexibility to pay the balance of your limousine charge as late as the day of your wedding), but unless you actually need that flexibility, then I would suggest looking around a bit more, for a more professional and experienced company to handle you and your loved ones on, what could potentially be, the most important day of your life. Would not recommend this limo company to anyone. Terrible experience, currently pursuing legal action for full refund of my expenses. read more

Got married on Aug. 24 and the only problem of my entire day was Class Limousine! Leading up to the day, they were all smiles and promises. We had gone over the contract countless times and everything was set, or so I thought. Of course, when the wedding day actually came, all the promises went to the wayside. We had a private shuttle that went to the hotels in the wrong order, so our guests were waiting for a shuttle that never came and had to use their own transportation. Then, a limo that was was to pick up the bridal party, parents of the bride and the bride claimed that they hadn't been paid the correct amount of money (false) and wouldn't leave until it was paid. Even though they had already received thousands of dollars, they were holding up the entire wedding for a couple of hundred dollars. They brought the problem to the bride's attention, which was the worst thing they could have done. They were rude and disrespectful. Even though the entire wedding party was waiting in the foyer, they made the bride go back up to her room to get the $$ they were demanding. What a way to treat her on her special day. Because of the nonsense, and not to mention the ridiculous route the driver traveled, the bride was over 40 minutes late to the wedding. The driver was fighting with the photographer and father of the bride over when the bride should exit the limo. WHAT A MESS. Then, because they were late and arguing over money, they went over the contracted time. Their response? Attack the groom saying that we owed them even more money for going over the time. UNREAL! Honestly, I have never dealt with more rude and disrespectful people. Don't be fooled by their kind demeanor when trying to gain your business. This is the only yelp review that I have ever written but I am hoping a future bride and groom will see this and decide to go with another service. We booked first class limos for both our limo and shuttle service. The limo driver was very nice and all went well there. We booked the shuttle starting at 12am at the venue at the end of the night, the shuttle was booked to make round trips back to the hotel for an hour and a half. We finalized everything and were told that the first shuttle would arrive at 12am and leave once full and they would make trips back and forth until the bride and groom were on the shuttle. We paid to have our hotel bar stay open for an after party. At 12:04 we were getting panicked phone calls from our wedding guests that the shuttle driver told them he was only booked for 1 trip and told to leave at 12am and there was absolutely no way he was coming back for other guests. They said the driver could not have been more rude. This is after he left the hotel with 12 guests (in a 24 person shuttle). My husband had to call the shuttle driver and ask him to come back for the other guests (which he did) but of course we couldn't fit everyone because the first shuttle was not full. The driver said he was an outsourced service and showed my husband the order he had in which he was instructed incorrectly. My family had to wait for almost 2 hours at the venue and my husband and I had to Uber to our hotel to make the last 10 minutes of the after party that my family had to completely miss. All of that aside, the reason that I am even writing this post is because of how horrific John at first class limos handled the situation when we called the next day. After calling this morning to explain the situation to him, he said he would look into it and mentioned he would offer us a ride to the airport but he wanted to look into what happened. When he called back his entire attitude changed and not only would he not accept any responsibility for the mishap, but became confrontational over the phone with my husband. He claimed that the driver still ended up making multiple trips and taking the guests so we weren't justified. He then starting telling us that they actually spent more than 1.5 hours so he could be charging us for overtime. What he was not understanding (or listening to) was that had the first shuttle waited to be full like it was discussed there would have been no need for an additional shuttle and we would not have missed the after party. For the sake of not going around in circles, my husband said we would just accept the limo ride to the airport to make up for missing the after party that we had paid for. John's response was "It seems like you are trying get something out of us." He then agreed to give us the offered limo ride as long as we sent an email to him explaining that it was a courtesy being provided to us on their behalf because he was "afraid we would give them a bad review after they accommodated us" and he wanted something to post in his defense. After that comment we said that we wanted nothing from him. So that is why, unfortunately, the day after my wedding I had to take the time to write my only yelp review, because I am completely floored how we were treated after they had our money and on what was the happiest day of our lives. They are unprofessional & focus on money not customer service. Their actions resulted in everyone upset/mad, groom angry & bride in tears. MOB broke her arms before the wedding & we told them. There was no step stool to help MOB safely get on the bus, my parents provided 1. We gave a typed itinerary but 1 car left right after the ceremony so we couldn't take pictures with family. Pete, 1 of the drivers, on his own told the bride's parents they wouldn't get off at the park to take pictures. During the champagne toast, Pete hit me with the cork, got champagne on me & my dress & gave a half-hearted sorry as he laughed. Then said "It is a pleasure to give the 1st toast to 2 people whose love sparked." He didn't know us, offended many as this wasn't our 1st toast & made many feel uncomfortable as it was awkward. Before we left the church, Pete said that we were close on time but wouldn't charge us for 10-15 mins. When we arrived he assertively demanded money for the overage not less than 4 times in a 10 min period despite being told 2 times we would pay. I got upset & began to cry. My family spoke to Pete asked that he apologize. He said he was sorry that I'd become upset, admitted no fault & there was no charge. We found out the FOB/MOB paid $72 & asked he not say anything to me. The limo that needed to leave, as per Pete, stayed addtl 15 mins onsite so the distress caused was unnecessary. Pete belittled our photographer/videographer in front of everyone. Everyone in the limos agreed it seemed Pete wanted to be the center of attention that day. When we booked & reviewed the bill, we realized there was an error-not charging us for 1 limo. We had a binding contract but wanted to do the right thing. We went back in, were told thank you & quickly asked for the remaining deposit. This could've been a golden customer service opportunity. After such subpar service while we want to do the right thing, we are hard pressed to be happy about paying more money. DO NOT USE THEM! read more

I rented a suburban for 5 1/2 hours on Sunday, June 25th to drive my mother, aunt, and me into the city for a play and then to dinner. We were celebrating my mother's birthday. I cannot say enough great things about this service. The pricing was fair and my driver, BART, was phenomenal! He was very personable and accommodating.
