They offer especially friendly & helpful service. They are quick to offer advice and samples. Andy says that a goal of his is to stock only products that have been demonstrated to work well at 9000 ft and above, often including testing them on his own house. I'm particularly impressed with Andy's knowledge of technical aspects of the products he and Betsy sell and his ability to explain technical details and "how to..." processes to customers. Andy has also demonstrated a marvelous ability to match colors that I've brought to him. Andy and Betsey are the best store proprietors I've ever experienced. Dave B

I drove down and met Roberto who said that he is managing the place now. I showed him the cans with summit labels with my name and dates and photos of the peeling deck. He refused to talk about the warranty. He just wanted to sell me more deck paint saying that I should try an oil based paint. Frustrating experience. A real change from the previous owner and his wife. Wasted an hour and gas.
